In the Bellabeat app you can set your Daily goals for Steps, Activity, Sleep, Meditation and Water Intake. This can be done on the Settings page within the Bellabeat app and every day you will be able to see how much of your set goals you have achieved on the Wellness screen.
On the Wellness screen, once your data is synced with the app, all of your information gathered up to that point will be transferred into the app and calculated to see how close you are to your set goals.
