IVY+ is intended to be worn 24/7 to capture all of your data, especially during your sleep as the Readiness score is based largely on this information.
Once you first set up your IVY+, it is important to wear the device 30 nights in a row to establish your baseline and for IVY+ to get to know your patterns and track your data most accurately.
