This report can be downloaded monthly, and it gives you data from the past 30 days on your wellness and readiness score, plus a 12-month overview of your cycle.
Monthly trends:
Your monthly average of each of your trends. This part also sums up the difference from the previous month.
Wellness and Readiness Score compared:
Here you can check your wellness and readiness scores compared side by side on each day of the month. You can see how much a day influences on the following.
The Readiness data report is only available for the Ivy users.
Daily Values:
All your numbers unraveled day by day and value by value. From wellness score to wellness goals, readiness score, and readiness parameters.
It is also highlighted according to your cycle; dark green is ovulation day, light green is the fertile window, and dark red is the first day of your period.
Wellness Data:
Your wellness data broke down into graphs showing your general wellness score, each of your trends, and achieved numbers day by day.
You can compare and understand your phases tendencies throughout the month.
Readiness Data:
Your readiness score also broke down into graphs showing your general readiness score, each of your parameters, and achieved numbers day by day.
The Readiness data report is only available for Ivy users.
12-month Cycle Overview:
Understand your cycle parameters from the 12 months prior to the current month; period and cycle regularity and period and cycle duration. You can also use it to compare with the other data from this BAP.
Body Measurements:
A great way to follow your development, rather than just the mirror. By inputting your measurements, you'll have your monthly data detailed in your BAP, with average, minimum, and maximum.
Moods and Symptoms:
The daily record of your discharge, symptoms, mood, sex drive, protection method, medication, diet, and events. Also color-coded (dark green is ovulation day, light green is the fertile window, and dark red is the first day of your period) just like the Daily Values.

Whatever you write on notes will be broken down each day here. The more you write, the more insights you'll have.
