How can I measure my Heart Rate on demand?

If you wish to check your current HR with Ivy you can also do that within the Bellabeat app. Simply click on the Heart Rate section on your Readiness screen. It’ll open your HR dashboard then click measure now. Hold still for a few seconds and you will be presented with your current HR.
