All of the data your Ivy tracks is automatically synced with the Bellabeat app once the app is accessed. On the main Wellness dashboard, you will be able to see the data regarding your Sleep, Steps/Activity, Hydration, and Mindfulness while on the Readiness board you will get an insight into your Readiness score which is affected by your Heart Rate, Resting Heart Rate, Respiratory rate, and your Cardiac Coherence which are all tracked by Ivy.
By clicking on any of the features on the Wellness screen and on the Readiness screen you will see breakdowns and graphs throughout the day for more detailed information as well as minimums and maximums of the tracked rates available through the Readiness screen.
