If you are putting your Ivy on the charger and the LED is not turning on, or if after a full charge you cannot sync your Ivy and it is not visible in the Bellabeat app that the battery has been charged please try the following:
- Put Ivy on the charging dock and wait up to 15 seconds to see whether the LED light will light up. If the battery is fully drained, sometimes it can take a bit longer for Ivy to accept the charge.
- Make sure the pins on the Ivy line up with the pins on the charging dock.
- Turn your Ivy around and check the pins whether there is any build-up around them that might be preventing Ivy's pins to fully connect with the charging dock's pins. If there is, try removing the build-up with a dry makeup or a similar density brush to avoid damaging the pins and give the charging process a try once again.
- Make sure your charging dock is plugged into a USB port on your computer, or a UL-certified USB wall charger that works, if necessary check the port with another cable to see whether the port is working properly.
