From time to time, your Ivy will need to be updated to the latest versions available. Once a new version is available you will be notified of this update through the Bellabeat app and guided through the process.
This does not require any additional effort from your side other than starting the update within the Bellabeat app. In case you run into any issues, you can always contact our team at support@bellabeat.com as they will be able to assist and guide you through the update process.
