Ivy HR has a built-in battery, which is rechargeable but not user-replaceable as with our other devices. After a full charge, Ivy's battery lasts up to 8 days and the current battery status can be seen at all times within the Bellabeat app - on the Setting page.
First charge and charging when the battery is fully drained
For the first charge or when the battery of the device is fully drained, plug the charging dock into the USB port on your computer, or a UL-certified USB wall charger. Place the device on top, minding the position of the charging pins.
The white LED on the dock will light up and start blinking, signaling the start of the charging process. Once the device is fully charged, the LED light will stop blinking and stay on. A full charge takes up to 3 hours.
Charging between uses
To charge your Ivy HR, plug the charging dock into the USB port on your computer, or a UL-certified USB wall charger. Place the device on top, minding the position of the charging pins.
Once properly connected, the white LED on the dock lights up and starts blinking, signaling the start of the charging process. When the device is fully charged, the LED light will stop blinking and stay on.
A full charge takes up to 3 hours.
Make sure Ivy HR is completely dry before placing it on the charging dock.
Put only your Ivy HR on the charging dock. Do not put any other items or conductive materials.
Tampering with your product or attempting to open it will void the warranty and can result in a safety
hazard.
