Ivy tracks your movement with a 3-axis accelerometer and your heart rate data with an optical heart rate monitor. Ivy recognizes your patterns and will track all of your steps or activity throughout the day and show the breakdown of this data on the Wellness screen in the Bellabeat app.
On the Steps graph, the data is divided into walking and running so it is visible how much of these activities you have performed.
If you are interested in your progress or the overview of your step data, it is possible to see a report of your day, week, month, and even a year on the step graph.
On the Activity graph, the data of your daily active minutes is divided into low, moderate, and high activity, as well as your total active time is shown. Alongside this information, within the Activity section are also located the burned calories for the day and the ability to log other workouts.
The overview of activity is available on a daily basis, but also on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis where you will see the calories burned average and activity average is shown for these periods.
