Orders are sent by GLS Business Parcel, GLS Eurobusiness Parcel, or UPS Standard, with occasional alterations in service level or carrier. Below are the countries that we ship from our Netherlands warehouse:

2. From the USA:
All parcels are sent by USPS First Class Mail or First-Class Mail International Service for Standard Shipping. Express choice is offered with UPS 2nd Day Air / Next Day Air (US territories) and UPS Worldwide Expedited/Worldwide Express Saver (international destinations).
We ship to most countries in the world but there are certain destinations we do not. Please refer to the list of Non-Delivery Countries.
3. Delivery time:
Within the US and EU, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for our packages to be delivered. International orders usually take 8 to 14 business days to arrive at their destination. 'Business days' are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
For orders going to areas in Asia and the Middle East, please allow up to 28 days for delivery. We aim to dispatch items ordered in the shortest possible time, but we shall not be liable for any delays or damages occurred during transit.

For orders dispatched with the standard shipping option internationally from the US, please refer to your local Postal tracking portal with the tracking number you receive in the Shipping confirmation email.
