If your Time is not syncing and your alarms or inactivity alerts are not vibrating, it might be possible that your battery is empty. If you haven’t changed your battery in the last few months and the battery indicator is showing that your battery is around half full, it might be a good idea to change it.
Time uses two batteries, a CR2032 coin cell model for the tracking of your activity and sleep and an SR621SW battery for the watch function. Depending on the issue, you should change the batteries accordingly.
If you are having troubles with the tracking of your data and syncing the device with the Bellabeat app, you should replace the CR2032 coin cell battery.
If your Time has stopped showing the correct time and the handles are not moving, you should replace the smaller SR621SW battery.
Once the CR2032 battery is replaced, the Bellabeat app might still show a low battery warning, but this shouldn't worry you. All you need to do is sync your Time a few times, and the warning should go away.
Firmware updates might drain the battery faster than normal everyday use, so if you have recently updated your Time and the battery indicator in the Bellabeat app is showing a low battery sign, just please replace the CR2032 coin cell battery and continue wearing and enjoying your Time normally!
