If you are having a hard time getting your Time to sync, there are a few things that you can try.
- Turn the Bluetooth on your phone off and back on again
- Turn the WiFi off
- Reboot your phone
- Move away from other Bluetooth devices
Due to the changes that Google has made to the Bluetooth sync process in Android 6 and newer, if you are using Android 6 (Marshmallow), please make sure to turn on the location services on your phone and make sure to grant the Bellabeat app location permission in your phone’s settings.
If you have your Time paired in the Bluetooth settings of your phone, make sure to unpair it there as this will only make the sync process harder and then give the above steps a few more tries.
If these steps don’t help, try and remember if your Time has been vibrating for the alarms or inactivity alerts recently.
It hasn’t? When was the last time that you changed the battery?
If the answer is more than 4 months ago, please try and change the battery and try to sync your Time again.
If all of this fails, please reach out to us by pressing the "Contact us" button and filling out the contact form.
Alternatively, you can send an email to our Support team to support@bellabeat.com and our agents will get back to you shortly with troubleshooting tips that should help you continue using your Time fully!
