When will my order be dispatched?

Once you’ve placed your order, it usually takes 1-2 business days before it leaves our warehouse. Orders placed by 9:00am PST (US warehouse) or 9:00am EDT (NL warehouse) can be shipped the same day.

Here’s the process:

1. Once you complete checkout, the order is processed usually in 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).
2. After your order is processed, it leaves our warehouse.
3. Once it's dispatched, you receive the tracking information via email.
4. As soon as the package is delivered, you receive an email.
