The Leaf app offers meditations and breathing exercises that you can do in the app. You can access these by pressing the Meditation ribbon on your app’s home screen. Once you’re in there, you can set your daily meditation goal by pressing the star icon in the upper right corner. Your goal can be either in minutes or number of meditation sessions per day and depending on that, you meditation graph will look a bit different.
You can choose a meditation from the list of offered ones. Most of them offer a shorter and a longer version that you can choose from, depending on how much time you have.
If you meditate on your own, you can choose from a list of common meditations and simply enter the amount of time you meditated manually.
When you select a guided meditation, you can choose to have it tracked by the Leaf or not. If you choose to have the meditation tracked, you can follow the waves on the screen that will indicate if you are moving too much or not and how calm you are.
When you enter a meditation manually, you will need to select the start time and the duration of the meditation and simply confirm your input.
The meditation will appear on your graph once you’ve finished it and you can always keep an eye on your progress and also see how the time spent meditating affects your daily stress levels.
