The Bellabeat app will calculate your sensitivity to stress based on all the data that the app tracks. The data that will affect your stress level are the duration of your sleep, the time that you went to bed, the number of steps taken, how much time you spent meditating, any breathing exercises that you’ve done, and the current time in your cycle or pregnancy.
You can quickly glance at your stress levels by looking at the color of your stress graph. Red means that it’s high, orange that you might still experience some effects of stress during the day, green means that you’ve got everything under control.
Your daily stress levels will be affected by previous days as well. So if you make an unusually high number of steps one day, or get more sleep than usual, that won’t always directly affect your stress for today, but if you keep up the good work, you should notice your daily stress levels decreasing.
